4. If a direct debit from your account fails in the process of automatically renewing your subscription, a second attempt will be made a number of days later. If this second attempt fails, Étalon Gallery reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice.

5. In the event of technical difficulties from Wix.com which may temporarily restrict access to the Member's Only section, Étalon Gallery will not be held financially liable or obligated to refund.

6. Any saving or redistribution of the content contained within is a violation of copyright and will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
